The Experience
What makes a June & Fleur experience different?
Every branding/commercial session is designed to feel and be intentional, editorial, and deeply personal. I blend art direction, storytelling, and strategy so your images do more than look beautiful – they communicate who you are and why you have what those future clients and customers want.
Every fine art portrait session is designed to feel and be deeply personal, soulful and authentically YOU. I blend art with storytelling imagery (and some dashes of straight up fun and laughter) that celebrates YOU and these precious chapters of your life.
Booking, Prep & Locations
How far in advance should I book my session?
For branding and commercial sessions, I recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to allow for concept development and styling.
For maternity, high school/senior, and milestone sessions, these should be booked at least 3-4 weeks ahead.
Do you offer guidance on what to wear and how to prepare?
Yes. Every client receives a personalized styling and prep guide – plus I am happy to help you curate wardrobe options that align with your brand or personal aesthetic.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can be in-studio, on location across Long Island, NYC, CT, NJ, and parts of PA, or at a space that best reflects your vision.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for reschedules. Depending upon investment regarding wardrobe or prop rental, etc., a reschedule fee of 25% may apply.
What if I’m not used to being in front of the camera/don’t like my picture being taken?
That is a very common concern and feeling! You are in good hands as that is my specialty. I guide you through every step so your confidence builds naturally during the session. You WILL even have fun – I have yet to have a session where at one point or another we are not all laughing!
Investment, Delivery & Usage
How much should I expect to invest?
Fine art portrait sessions start at $449 for 30 minutes, with an average investment of $600- $1000.
Branding sessions can start at $399 for a head shot session, with most clients choosing to invest between $1000-$3000 for experiences including styling, wardrobe, and marketing consultations before and after sessions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I believe every client should have a seamless experience – flexible options are available for larger packages.
How long will it take to receive my images?
Your proofing gallery is delivered within 2-3 weeks. Final edits and basic retouched images follow within 1 week after your selections are made.
Can I use my branding photos for social media, print, or my website?
Absolutely. You branding session includes first party commercial usage rights for your business marketing across digital and print platforms. Extended licensing can be added for larger campaigns with additional investment required.
Branding Strategy
How do you ensure my branding images fit my business strategy?
Before your session, we will go through a detailed brand strategy consult to understand your colors, audience, and goals. Every pose, light, and composition is chosen to align with you brand identity.
